DESCRIPTION:Due to inclement weather, this event has been postponed to Tuesday, November 19 from 7-8 PM.\nRecent research shows that drumming, particularly in a group setting, is good for the mind AND the body. It is said that community drum circles can produce feelings of well-being, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, and reduce stress.\nJoin us at the Salinas Boardwalk (located between Travis and Martin Streets) for a FREE workshop with David and Cameron Montalvo who will teach the art of the djembe drum and guide participants through healing rhythms.\nWorkshops will occur quarterly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Drums and chairs will be provided. All skill levels welcome! Free parking is available at 231 W. Salinas.\n
